1. Goods Eligible For Return Requests
Items may be submitted for return review under the following scenarios, provided relevant supporting materials can be supplied when requested:
- Goods received with manufacturing flaws, visible damage or incomplete component sets upon delivery
- Products which significantly differ from the functional and descriptive details displayed on our online store listing
- Unopened, unused travel storage accessories returned within the cooling-off period for personal preference changes
- Orders where incorrect item variants or quantities were dispatched by our warehouse team
Eligible goods should be kept intact with all original packaging, tags and accessory pieces attached when sent back for inspection. The first return delivery postage for any qualifying submission will be covered by our team without extra cost to buyers.
2. Items Not Available For Return Or Refund
We may not approve return or full refund applications for goods falling into the categories listed below, judged on a case-by-case basis after physical inspection:
- Products showing obvious heavy wear, stains, scratches or deformation caused by improper personal use after delivery
- Goods returned without complete original packaging, removable labels or matching accessory sets
- Items submitted for return outside the stated application time windows without prior written support agreement
- Combined bundle orders where partial single-item returns are requested for mixed multi-product sets
- Products altered, washed or modified by buyers after receipt of the parcel
3. Valid Application Time Limits
Different time frames apply based on the reason for your return submission, aligned with standard local consumer trading guidelines:
- Change-of-mind returns: Notify our support team within 14 calendar days after parcel receipt, then send back goods within another 14 days following notification
- Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods: Return requests can be raised within 30 calendar days counted from delivery date
Any requests submitted beyond these windows will be assessed at our team’s reasonable discretion, and full refund approval cannot be guaranteed for late submissions.
4. Refund Review And Payment Lead Times
Once returned parcels arrive at our warehouse, our team will complete full product inspection within 7 working days. Formal refund confirmation will be sent via email once inspection is passed.
- Internal system refund initiation will be completed within 14 calendar days after successful inspection clearance
- Funds will be routed back through the original payment channel used at checkout
- Actual arrival of refunded balances to your personal account may take an additional 3–10 working days, subject to the internal processing schedule of your payment service provider
We hold no control over delays generated by third-party payment operators; such waiting periods fall outside our standard processing timeline.
5. Multiple Return Postage Arrangements
Complimentary return shipping service only applies to the first valid return request submitted under one customer account. For subsequent return applications raised by the same buyer, return delivery fees may be charged, with final costs confirmed after reviewing the full context of each individual case.
6. Liability Disclaimer Statement
Our team will conduct fair and objective inspection for all returned goods, yet we reserve reasonable flexibility in final decision-making where circumstances fall outside standard policy coverage:
- Partial refunds rather than full reimbursement may be offered for goods with minor user-caused damage, calculated according to the remaining usable value of the item
- We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel costs or schedule disruptions linked to delayed order resolution
